• Studying the project specification and drowings and conditions
• Receiving and reviewing the Bill of quantities for materials or any kind of work related to the project separately from the Estimation department and sending it to the supplier or the subcontractor related to this kind of work.
• Preparing tracking sheet with respect of the nominated suppliers and sub-contractors as per tender documents.
• Making comparison sheets between suppliers and subcontractors including their finantial and technical offer.
• Keeping my managers informed; all the suppliers and subcontactors and the suitable offers from my point of view.
• Verify that all offers meet the specifications of the project.
• Cost estimation for all items
• Preparing the overhead of the project and obtaining the selling price
• Preparing and updating the tracking sheet.
• Preparing the Bill of Quantities of each materials or kind of work related to the project separately from estimation and send it to the supplier or the subcontractor related to this kind of work.
